The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and saves the crushed in spirit. (Psalm 34:18)
Listening to God:
It is sad that you often feel my presence least when you are in the most need. It should be just the opposite. Like any good parent, my love reaches its peak when my child needs help. I have everything you need and want to give it to you. All you have to do is ask. Repent your lack of trust and come to me in prayer. I will bring good out of anything that is tormenting you.

It is sad that you often feel my presence least when you are in the most need. It should be just the opposite. Like any good parent, my love reaches its peak when my child needs help. I have everything you need and want to give it to you. All you have to do is ask. Repent your lack of trust and come to me in prayer. I will bring good out of anything that is tormenting you.
O Lord, it’s not that I don’t want help. It’s that I’m embarrassed for you to see how weak and messed up I am. I know this is silly because you see all. But a part of me is scared that if you really saw the back rooms of my soul you would flee. Help me open all the doors and let your healing sonshine in.
O God set me in the middle of your path , help me to not stumble. i keep making silly mistakes and am embarrassed. please forgive me and hive me the courage to move through my inadequacies and give me the courage to find the courage to seek help. Blessings be with those who know their own silliness when praying to a duck and loving all your creatures of this amazingly abundant world. In Jesus Name, amen
